What Waddi is and its role
- Waddi is a platform that connects customers with local shops and drivers. Waddi is not the seller and is not a party to the sale between the customer and the shop.
- The shops are independent businesses, responsible for their products, prices and quality, and for the invoice or receipt to the customer.
- Drivers work independently: they choose when to be online and which orders to take, and they are responsible for the delivery.
- Waddi runs the platform and is not a partner in the shops’ profits or the drivers’ income. It charges shops and drivers a fixed fee per order for the service, not a percentage of the price.
- The app shows ads: promoted shops or offers may appear, whose owners pay to have them featured.
- Customers pay Waddi nothing: the amount they pay goes to the shop and the driver.
Your account
You need a valid phone number to open an account, and you are responsible for everything done through it. You must be 16 or older.
Orders and prices
- You see the price of the products, the delivery and any discounts before you confirm.
- The shop is responsible for the quality and availability of its products, and may change or refuse an order if something is out of stock.
- If a shop does not answer an order within a reasonable time, the order may be cancelled automatically.
Payment
You pay the driver in cash on delivery, the amount shown in the app.
If a shop has opened a tab for you, you can choose “On the tab” for that shop and pay the driver only the delivery. The tab is an agreement between you and the shop: you pay the shop directly; Waddi is not a party to it and receives nothing from it.
Cancelling
You can cancel an order before the shop starts preparing it. After that, contact us and we will try to help.
Fair use
Do not use the app for fake orders or to harm shops, drivers or customers. We may suspend any account that does.
Liability
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but cannot promise it will be free of faults. Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order, as far as the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
